How to wash and care for your strap
Keep the grip working and the band fresh, season after season.

A clean strap grips better and lasts longer. Here's the routine.
After each session
Open the strap and let it air out. Don't leave it rolled up in a closed bag.
Washing
- Close the hook-and-loop tab first so it doesn't catch on anything.
- Hand wash in cold water with a little mild soap.
- Rinse well so no soap stays on the silicone.
Drying
Air dry, flat, away from direct heat. No dryer, no radiator.
When to replace it
If the band has lost its stretch or the grip dots are worn smooth, it's time for a new one.
