Refund policy

Second Set is a brand of YR BUSINESS LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains our 60-day guarantee, refunds and cancellations.

The 60-day guarantee

Play with your strap for up to 60 days from the day it is delivered. If it is not for you, for any reason, we refund you in full, shipping included.

  • Nothing to send back. You keep the strap. No return label, no trip to the post office.
  • How to ask: email support@playsecondset.com with your order number within 60 days of delivery. A short line on why helps us improve, but it is not required.
  • Packs: the guarantee covers the whole order, Doubles Pack and Club Pack included.
  • One per customer: the guarantee applies to one order per customer.

How you are refunded

Refunds go back to the original payment method, for the amount you paid (after any discount). We confirm by email once the refund is issued. Your bank or card provider may then take 5 to 10 business days to show it on your statement.

The 8-week knee program is a free digital extra included with your order. It has no separate price, so it is not refunded separately, and you keep access to it.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, email us within 60 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You do not need to send anything back.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order at any time before it ships: email us with your order number and we refund you in full. Once it has shipped, the 60-day guarantee applies instead.

Your legal rights

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under UK consumer law if you live in the United Kingdom. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
