1. About these terms
This website, playsecondset.com, and the Second Set store are operated by YR BUSINESS LLC, 5830 E 2nd St Ste 7000, #31242, Casper, WY 82609, United States ("Second Set", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service apply to your use of the site and to every purchase you make on it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy form part of these terms.
2. Who can buy
You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. We sell to customers in the United States and the United Kingdom, for personal use. We may refuse or limit orders, for example orders that appear to be placed by resellers, or quantities beyond normal personal use.
3. Our products
Second Set straps are sports accessories designed to be worn during sports such as padel and pickleball. They are not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, injury or condition, and they do not replace advice from a doctor or physical therapist. If you have pain, an injury or a medical condition, talk to a qualified health professional before use.
The 8-week knee program included with your order is general fitness content. Follow it at your own pace, stop if an exercise causes pain, and check with a health professional first if you are unsure whether it suits you.
We do our best to show our products accurately. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency of your market and may change at any time; the price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you place your order. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and our other payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you receive an order confirmation.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract between us is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot deliver to your address.
6. Shipping, guarantee and refunds
Delivery is described in our Shipping policy. Our 60-day guarantee, refunds and cancellations are described in our Refund policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
7. Discount codes and promotions
Discount codes and promotions apply as stated, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be combined unless we say so, and may end at any time. We may cancel codes that are shared publicly against their terms or used fraudulently.
8. Reviews and messages you send us
If you send us a review, photo, idea or other content, you confirm it is yours and truthful, and you allow us to use it to run and promote Second Set, without payment. We will credit you by first name and initial only, unless you agree otherwise. Do not send content that is unlawful, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights.
9. Intellectual property
The Second Set name, logos, designs, photos, videos, texts and the 8-week knee program belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only to browse the site and for your own personal use. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them without our written permission.
10. Use of the site
Do not use the site for anything unlawful, to attempt to access systems or data you are not allowed to, to interfere with its security or operation, or to collect other people's information. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these rules.
11. Third-party links and services
The site may link to or use services run by third parties (for example payment, delivery tracking or social networks). We are not responsible for their content or practices, which are governed by their own terms.
12. Warranties
Our products come with the legal guarantees that apply where you live, and with our 60-day guarantee. Apart from those, and to the extent the law allows, the site and products are provided "as is", without other warranties.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by using a product other than as intended, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
14. Your consumer rights
If you live in the United Kingdom, you keep all the rights given to you by UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If anything in these terms conflicts with those rights, those rights apply.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of the part of the UK where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.
16. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to an order is the one published on the site when you placed it.
