Second Set is a brand of YR BUSINESS LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains where we ship, how much it costs and how long it takes.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States and the United Kingdom only.

Delivery options and rates

Express delivery	USPS®	Royal Mail®	$9.99

The Doubles Pack and the Club Pack always ship free. The order amount is counted after any discount. The rates that apply to your order are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 5 to 7 business days of the order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; peak periods and carrier delays can add a few days.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. As soon as your order ships, we email you the tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

Address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away: we can change the address as long as the order has not shipped. We cannot redirect a parcel once it is on its way.

Lost or late parcels

If your tracking has not moved for 7 days, or your order has not arrived 15 business days after you placed it, email us with your order number. We send a new one or refund you in full. If the tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbours and your local post office first, then write to us and we will look into it with the carrier.
